そして。かもめ食堂の、メインメニューが「おにぎり」と聞いては。

舞台はフィンランドのヘルシンキ。
小林聡美さん演じるサチエさんは、ヘルシンキの街に、一人で食堂を開きます。
日本食・・・それも寿司でもスキヤキでもない、普通の食堂。
初めは閑古鳥がないてます
片桐はいり演じる、分けあり風のミドリさんと知り合い。
ミドリさんは、サチエさんの食堂を手伝い始めます。
そして、もたいまさこさん演じるマサコさん。何故か、空港に荷物が届かず立ち往生してしまい。
この方も、ご縁あってか、かもめ食堂を手伝います。
平穏の中にも。いろんな出来事があって。
「日常」の中で。お話は、穏やかにすすみます。
そして。だんだんと想いが伝わって、お店は賑わいをみせていきます。

壁の水色や。フライパンやお鍋なんかのキッチン用品の可愛いこと

雑貨好きの方には、そんなところも見所かもしれません。

一緒に観ていたあばれはっちゃく（ダンナ）は。自転車と空手が趣味の人なので。
自転車が街を走るたびに、チェックを入れ。
サチエさんが合気道の歩く？練習をしている所では、真似をし・・・
これまた、違う楽しみもあったようです。

独り言
近年、大卒新人離職率がどんどん高まっているそうで、特に入社してから三年以内の離職率は35%にも及ぶそうだ。折角頑張って大学を卒業して就職したのになんてもったいないと思うのだが、その原因は何なのだろうか。我慢出来ない若者が増えた、転職市場が拡大した、自分の希望と会社のミスマッチ、原因は色々あると思う。でも若者が会社を辞めたくなる理由も分からないでもない。問題なのは年功序列や終身雇用制度が崩壊して、成果主義が導入された事。成果主義自体は本来はとても良い制度だとは思うが、しかし日本で行われている成果主義はあくまで裏には年功序列があり、本来の成果主義が行われていないそうだ。実際海外では20代で何千万と稼ぐ若者も居たりするが、日本ではそれが圧倒的に少ない。結局日本の会社においては、成果主義と言えども上の役職の人がそのポストを退かない限りは、若い人が幾ら成果を出しても上のポストに就けなくなっているのだ。それに幾ら才能のある人でも若いうちは責任のある仕事はほぼ任されないので、成果主義を充分に生かす事が出来ない環境も多いのだと思う。そんな訳で現在の20～30代の人達は、親が貰っていた程の給料など到底貰える事は出来るわけも無く、大半の人がある程度の給料で頭打ちになるそうだ。
本著においてはそれ以外の問題として、非正規雇用の問題も挙げている。同じ仕事をしていてもアルバイトや派遣社員は、正社員の半分位の給料しか貰えない事もあったり、何かがおかしい。派遣社員などを多く雇う事で一時的には支出の削減が出来るのは間違いは無いが、結局それで正社員が減る事で技術の継承が出来なくなる事を本著者は指摘しているのだが、企業の上のお偉いさんはそんな事にさえ気付かないのだろうか。いや、気付いていても、彼らは社員よりも株主の方しか見ていないので、自分が社長である時にどれだけ黒字を出す事しか考えていないのだろう。そもそも新卒しか正社員として取らない日本の会社自体がおかしいのだが、それは結局年功序列制度が隠れて残っている証拠なのである。ちなみにこの派遣問題が少子化に直結しているのは、言わなくても分かるであろう。日本政府が本当に国力を増強したいと思っているのであれば、派遣社員の待遇を改善するなり正社員を増やすなどしない限りは、少子化の流れは変わらないのが目に見えている。
勿論働く側の意識の改善も必要である事は、本著でも述べられている。給料だけに囚われずに何の為に働くのか、どんな事をしたいのかなど、しっかりと目的意思を持つ事が重要であると書かれている。実際それは100%正しい事であるし、出来るのであれば自分もそれを実現したいとは考えている。しかし現実的にそんな事が出来る位の実力がある人は極少数だし、そんな人ならば自分で起業してるんじゃないかと思ったりもする。なので本著では今の会社に不満があるからと言ってすぐに転職を勧めている訳でもない。結局漠然とした不満程度で現在の会社を辞め、他の会社に転職したとしても同じ問題は大概出てきてしまうからだ。だからしっかりと明確な目的を持って生きるべきだと述べていたのだ。一度転職をして年功序列のレールを降りてしまうとそのレールに戻るのは難しいので、給料が安くても良いから終身雇用が大事なのであれば転職をしない事もOKなのである。
とまあなかなか興味深い本であり面白いのだが、実際読んだ後の焦燥感と言ったら…。今の20～30代の若者にとって、こんなに後先暗い未来しか待っていないなんて考えたら、そりゃだれでも仕事なんかしたくなくなるわな。政治家や老人に自分達の給料を搾取され続け、奴隷として生きているのと俺らは変わらないのよ。だから俺はこのブログでも何度も書いているけれど、取り敢えず選挙は行っておけと口を酸っぱくして言ってる訳。自民党から他の党に政権が変わったとしてもすぐに現状が変わる訳じゃないのは分かっているけれど、それでも選挙に行かない事は自分の未来を捨てている事と同義なのさ。自民党は自分達の票が欲しいからお年寄りの為に有利な政治を行って、選挙に来ない若者からはいっぱいお金を搾取している。俺達の世代より稼いでいたお年寄りをそんなに保護したって、言い方は悪いけどもう死ぬだけなんだから意味ないでしょ？これからを担う若者から搾取したら、内需壊滅すんのは目に見えてるのに。そんなんでいいのかな、みんなは？だからレジスタンスを行わなければならない、その一歩が選挙なのだと思う。と言う訳で選挙に行って欲しいと思います、当たり前の事を当たり前の様にすべきなのだ。

まかない
恵比寿の裏通りのお店 日本料理「なすび亭」のまかない。
実はこちら、ミシュランガイド2009で新たに星を獲得した今大注目のお店です。
教えていただくのは、店主：吉岡英尋さん。
なすび亭の名物料理・炊き込みご飯は、旬の食材の旨みを引き出す一品としてミシュランガイドでも大絶賛。
まかないの時間は、営業が終わった夜の11時ごろ。

「うちのまかないは、簡単で旬の食材を使って、しかもご飯のすすむおかず的なお料理が多いですね。 今日のまかないは、ブリ味噌を作ろうと思います。」
【材料】（2人分）
ブリ（切り身） 2切
木綿豆腐 1/4丁
小麦粉 適量
サラダ油 適量
味噌 70g
酒 100cc
みりん 100cc
砂糖 小さじ2
バター 10g
ニラ 1束

【作り方】
１ ボウルに味噌・酒・みりん・砂糖を混ぜ、合わせ調味料を作る。
２ ニラをざく切りにする。
３ ブリ・豆腐に小麦粉をつける。（全体にまんべんなくまぶす）
４ 薄く油をひいたフライパンを強火で温め、ブリ・豆腐を焼き色がつくまで十分に焼く。
５ しっかり焼き色がついたら①のあわせ調味料を入れ、アルコールを十分に飛ばし、煮詰める。
６ アルコールを飛ばしたら、バターを加えて溶かし、最後にニラを加え、ニラに火が通れば完成。

食材
ほうとう（白菜・にんじん・小松菜・ねぎ・ごぼう）、梅酒。
昨日、どなたかの投稿にあった、自然食バイキングの話です。
―多くの人にとって、ただのバイキングは「体に悪そう」だけど、「体に良い」という言い訳つきのバイキングといったところでしょうか？―
「言い訳けつき」。日々、食生活を考えると、男女差を考えてしまいます。元気一杯の若者などは、とくにその差が大きいように思います。男性は、外食するにしても、本能、値段で店を選び。女性は、「情報」で食べることが多い。「カロリー」「太る」「野菜は健康に」・・・・。もちろん、女性だって、本能で「美味しそう」だけで食べる人もいるでしょうが。やはり男女差は大きいと思います。結果、本能と値段だけで食べている男性は、特別にいい食事をしている人も少ないが、冗談のような食事をしている人は少ない。もっと、現実的な言い方をすると、男性はとりあえず食事と呼べるものを食べている。そして、ある年齢になると、女性は一挙にみの●んた症候群になってしまう。
なぜ？女性の食生活には、「情報」、「言い訳け」、「理由」が必要なのか？
そんな折、出張が続くと本が読めます。最近、読んだのは『欲情の作法』（渡辺淳一著）です。本の帯には「男と女の根源的な違い。それを理解すれば、新しい愛がはじまる。」とあります。本文の中に、異性というくらいだから、明らかに異なる。と書かれていますがその通りだと思いますね。
この本は、男女の愛の作法ですが。少しわかった気がします。私の言葉では書きにくいので、渡辺淳一氏の言葉を借りれば、レッスン９「挿入する性とされる性」という章があります。私なりに言えば、「受け入れる性」は、慎重になる必要がある。そこには、理由も言い訳けも必要になる。
その「性差」が食べるという行動にも現れているのではないか？私は、そのくらい「根源的」な違いだと思います。レタスを食べるとよく眠れる。納豆を食べると、血がきれいになる。と聞いて、スパーに駆けつけた男性は少ないと思うのですが？

これから
今日はジムって、昼ごはんは俺のオゴリでギャビンとジョイと日本食を食べに行った！！
日本人が日本で日本食をおごるならわかるけど・・・笑
久々の味噌汁はおいしかったなぁ♪
夜はジョイと映画を見に行った！ 今日見たのはTaken。 かなりいい映画だった！！！
久々にいい映画に出会ったなぁ！ 次はワイルドスピード４を見ようって言っておいたから楽しみに！
それで明日日本に帰ります！
でも2週間くらいでまた戻ってきます♪ だからなんか荷物つめもやる気が出ないって言うか。。
話は変わって、オリンピックのコースを走れるチャンスがきました！！！（ちょっと違うとこもあるけど！）
でも、俺がこっちにきてからはまってるゲームです！

『おくりびと』がハリウッドも制覇！
「おくりびと」に外国語映画賞 米アカデミー賞(朝日) 56年度に外国語映画賞が設けられて以来、日本作品の受賞は初めて。 (略)滝田監督は、タイトルの英語名「デパーチャーズ」にかけて「手助けしてくれたみんな、ありがとう。これが私にとっての新たな『旅立ち』（デパーチャー）だ。またここに戻ってくる」と語った。
滝田洋二郎監督の監督作品暦を見ると、助監督時代から新人監督時代まで「痴漢」「痴漢」「痴漢」たまに「絶倫」また「痴漢」だ。この苦節30年は感動的だ。
この中で私が観たそっち系はゼロ(ひょっとしたら、ひょんなところで観ていたかもしれないが)。本当に観たのは、そっち系をディパーチャーし始めた頃の作品「コミック雑誌なんかいらない」を観たのが最初。他は「陰陽師」と受賞作品の「おくりびと」だけだ。
ではこれまでの監督作品と「おくりびと」と何か関係あるのかと言えば、多分大いにあると思う。「おくりびと」もかなり淫猥な作品で、それは広末亮子のシーンではなくて送られる死者そのものがかなり猥褻で、納棺師を演じる本木雅弘はまるで死者に猥褻行為をしている痴漢ぎりぎりのように思えたこと。そして、そうすることが死者を悼む最後の別れにふさわしい擬似行為に思えたこと。
そして、納棺会社の人たちはやたら脂っこい精のつきそうな食べ物をガツガツ食っていたこと。食べる、やる、逝くが見事に一体化していたように思える。
あちらの評価は、そんなものではなく、日本特有の葬儀の儀式の伝統美とか何とかというものだろう、と日本ではつい思われがちかもしれないが、
Arguably, the film's most poignant scenes revolve around food, emphasizing the direct relationship between eating, living, and other kinds of desires. Though dealing with death and other dark themes, the overall approach is upbeat and the tone eccentric, based on the director's philosophy that "most humans are comical by nature."(Departures: Japanese Foreign-Language Oscar Nominee)映画のもっとも痛切なシーンは食べ物を中心に進み、食べることと、生きること、その他の欲望との直な関係性を強調している。死などの暗面を描きながらも全体的には人生に肯定的で「人間というものは元来滑稽な存在だ」という監督の人生観に基づいている。
と、正当な評価がされている。これも「痴漢」や「絶倫」で鍛え上げた滝田監督の積み重ねの果ての境地で辿り着いた賜物だろう。おめでとうございます。

ヘルシーな日本食
こんにちは。
もう少しオシャレな洋食屋にできないかな？

皆さん朝食は摂れてますか？
ご飯でしょうか？パンでしょうか？
自分的には基本的に朝はご飯が良いです。
焼きたてのパンならいただけますが、
なんかパサパサのパンはのどが渇いくのであまり好きではありません。（ただの我儘かな）
日本人ならやっぱりご飯！という自分のような人も多いでしょうし、
軽くパンで朝食よ！という人も結構いるんですかね？
米はアジアでは主食ですが、
欧米では野菜という感覚で、サラダやデザート等に料理されることもあります。
しかし、欧米で、和食や中華料理の店も多いことから最近は、
お箸を上手に使う外国人の方がすごく多いですね。
何年か前までは、お昼に来店される外国人の方たちは
ナイフとフォークを頼まれるお客様も多かったですが、
最近は少ないです。
また、ご飯に味噌汁を入れる方やおかずのところにご飯をドーンと移す方も昔はよくいましたが、
最近は見ませんね。
少しばかり日本食の食べ方を分かってきてるみたいですね。
自分も行儀が悪いときがありますので、直していこうと思っています。
